CLEANING

€130,00 Mechanical ventilation unit (indoor)

The mechanical ventilation system has extraction points in the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom, with a maximum of 5 channels. For maintenance and cleaning of the mechanical ventilation, we can offer the following services:

• Measuring the current function of the MV system.
• Removing all existing exhaust valves.
• Sealing all openings to prevent dust formation.
• Brushing clean all existing ventilation ducts of the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen.
• Cleaning the ventilation unit and its motor.
• Cleaning and readjusting the existing exhaust valves.
• After cleaning, remeasuring the function and adjustment of the home’s ventilation system (final measurement) with a measurement report.

The above-mentioned tasks typically take 1 to 1.5 hours.

A WTW system has extraction points in the so-called wet rooms, such as the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. The warm air leaving the house heats the incoming air from outside, which enters through the supply points in the so-called dry areas such as the living room, bedroom, and hallway.

For the maintenance and cleaning of the WTW system, we can provide the following services:

• Setting the system to the highest setting and performing a zero measurement.
• Removing and cleaning all existing exhaust valves per house.
• Sealing and cleaning all existing exhaust ducts.
• Removing and cleaning all existing supply valves per house.
• Re-adjusting and reinstalling all existing ventilation valves.
• Cleaning the heat exchanger, cleaning motors, and checking the condensate drain.
• Brushing clean the supply and return ducts leaving the house.
• After everything is cleaned and reinstalled, measuring the function and balance of the exhaust and supply valves per house using a measurement report.
